MEMORIAL SLOAN KETTERING CANCER CENTER

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center — the world’s oldest and largest private cancer center — is a cancer treatment and research institution based in New York City, founded in 1884, with multiple locations in the tri-state area (including a recently-formed collaboration with Norwalk Hospital). MSK offers an array of programs designed to educate patients, their families, caregivers, and community members about cancer-related topics. Additionally, the cancer center works to discover more-effective strategies to prevent, control, and ultimately cure cancer. Their education programs train future physicians and scientists, and the knowledge and experience they gain at Memorial Sloan Kettering has an impact on cancer treatment and biomedical research around the world
